She is a simple and beautiful student but a student
who is unique in her simplicity.
She is a very helpful, studious and a wonderful person.
Many students take
pride in studying in Xian Jiaotong University
but She is one of them in which
the university takes pride for studying in here.
1) How do you feel to be chosen as the student of the fortnight?
Well, I am really honored to have been chosen. I don’t have
words to describe how delighted I am2)What is life as a medical student?
Life as a medical student is difficult and requires devoting
all our time to our studies. It is a challenging course but does
not mean you become a bookworm. However, if we don’t plan our time accordingly and waste our time in other activities, we will be
losing our precious time in which we could augment our knowledge
on how to become a better doctor.
3) Who is your role model and why?
My parents…. especially my dad. He has always
encouraged and supported me in every way. He has always corrected
my wrongs and guided me throughout my life. To tell you the
truth, if it wasnt for him i would never have been this capable.
I just wish to follow in his footsteps and just want to be a
great doctor like him.
4) You admire any of the students you are with?
I admire a couple bu tI will mention one here Antara Sharma
2004.
5) What do you think should be the relation between a doctor
and a patient?
A doctor-patient relationship should be covenantal. A doctor
should be able to communicate with his patient and develop trust
in his patient that he will help him in any way he can. As they
say " a doctor should have a heart of a tiger, a sight of an eagle
and a kindness of a mother."
6)Do you think you were right to join this university in china to study
rather than other country?
I have no regrets in studying in this university and i am
really lucky to have been admitted here.
7)What do you like the most of this university and china?
To be honest, the best part is its weather.
It is so unpredictable and most of the time its cool here. I love
snow so I love it here in Xian. About the university, I really
like the cultural diversity. The interaction between different
nationalities, the activities and the campus life all are really
wonderful.
8) Are we lazy compared to the Chinese students?
No not at all, we just like to hold off our priorities. We are
equally competent and never hold back from challenges.
9) Would you like to say few words to your friends through this website?
There is a saying " where there is a will there is always a
way". So people if you have a determination to do something then nothing is impossible .
10) Who do you think is the living legend of this university?
I don’t think anyone has reached that stage yet.
