Student of the fortnight

Name:Ajaya Mishra

Batch:2001

One more inspirational student from 2001 whose tall height matches with the height of dream his parents must have seen when he was born. He is a very loving, caring and wonderful person to be with. He makes sure there is always a smile on everyone’s face when he is around. Fond of cracking jokes and sharing the knowledge with others, he is surely the student of the fortnight that xianstudents.com is proud to present.

1)How do you feel to be back here after a year?

I am really very excited and amused to be back to a place where I’ve spent my memorable time with my dearest friends and loving sisters and brothers.

 2) Did you miss Xian when you were in Nepal?

It’s a matter of fact that there isn’t anyone in this universe who doesn’t miss the place where one has left so much cherished memories.

3). How was your internship in Nepal?

As I had heard that practical experience is far more important than theoretical knowledge, I came to know the real sense through the daily rush to the hospital during the period of internship in Nepal. It was the period of learning in a true sense.

4) How was your first day at the Hospital?

It was the day when I felt responsibility of being a doctor at the emergency ward at Kanti Children Hospital.

5)  Did you feel inferior to other students?

Obviously not, but especially being a doctor I felt and took it as a challenge and realized that there’s still a long way to go.

6) How did your seniors treat you?

Our seniors were very co-operative, helpful and the environment created by them was really very encouraging.

7)What do you like the most about Xi’an and XJTU?

Though it has uncountable qualities but I like the night life of Xian and the spirit of students for competing during the examination time, the most.

8. What inspires you to work so hard?

“There is not a single excuse of trifle mistakes in the profession of a doctor.” This very saying inspires me to work hard.

9. How are you feeling after you’ve got the top score in the final examination?

Wow! It was a great pleasure and when I will be able to use my knowledge in serving the sufferers I will be happier.

10. Any suggestion to your juniors through this website?

All I want to say is that self-determination, hard work and loyal to study do count sooner or later. Cheating with study is cheating with oneself. So, it’s better not to lose the golden opportunity rather than repent in future.
