God gives talent to everyone but few are those like Atma who stand out and make an immediate scintillating impact in many aspects of life. His big muscular arms not only show his enormous strength but play an exciting and marvelous guitar that holds us spellbound. No one denies that he’s been consistently contributing his great football skills for GFC in the heart of defense. Academically, he has excelled everywhere he’s been. Not so surprising to say he is one of the toppers of his class. Where can we find a better talent than him?
1)How do you feel to be back here after a year?
I feel happy and excited to be here in China after a year. Five long years have made this place a second home for me.
2) Did you miss Xian when you were in Nepal?
I did miss Xi’an when I was in Nepal but only during the final months of my internship. Initially it was all about joining the hospitals and doing your duty.
3). How was your internship in Nepal?
Internship in Nepal is the best place to learn and find tune with your skills if you work hard not cheating yourself and not for your log books. So, I think it’s safe to say now I’m more confident to become a doctor than I was a year before.
4) How was your first day at the Hospital?
My first day was at Kanti Children Hospital. I was excited as well as nervous but it went well.
5) Did you feel inferior to other students?
Yes, I felt inferior in some ways to my medical officers, postgraduate students, registrars and consultants but I never felt inferior to my colleagues and I personally want to suggest everyone that it’s the last thing you want to feel if you like to move ahead.
6) How did your seniors treat you?
Most seniors were very friendly, helpful and encouraging while some were not.
7)What do you like the most about Xi’an and XJTU?
It’s a good city where you can have fun after a tedious study and XJTU is a good university with many facilities.
8. What inspires you to work so hard?
Dedication to my profession because I can’t make a mistake and say,"Sorry! I made a mistake".
When you see your patient’s face and feel their pain, I think that’ll be inspiring enough for everyone to work hard for them
9. What do you intend to do here which is probably the final month of your stay in China?
After my graduation, I want to visit places like Hainan where you can do scuba diving and relax at the beach. For everday basis it’s football and swimming.
10. Any suggestion to your juniors through this website?
Study hard, there’s no other way. Do your duties, never cheat.
Revision is another very important thing, even consultants need to revise.
Relax wisely. That’s all.
